One-time · 90 minutes

A focused session on a specific AI or HR technology problem. You bring a challenge; I bring a structured framework and clear next steps. No vague roadmaps — you leave with concrete actions.

AI / HR-Tech Diagnostic

2–4 weeks

A current-state assessment of your AI readiness or HR technology stack. Stakeholder interviews, gap analysis, and a prioritized roadmap — with quick wins and a 12-month vision. Valuable as a standalone deliverable whether or not you engage further.

  • Your leadership is asking for an AI strategy and you need one that's grounded in reality

Transformation Engagement

3–6 months

Full advisory for a major AI initiative, HR technology platform change, or digital transformation program. Weekly structured sessions, async availability throughout, executive readouts, and hands-on architecture review at every key decision point.

Fractional Advisor

Monthly retainer

Embedded ongoing advisory — act as part of your leadership team without the full-time hire. Regular structured sessions, async availability, and a practitioner who understands your specific context over time. Ideal for companies actively building AI capability.

Common questions

Do you work with SMB, mid-market, or enterprise?

All three. The engagement model adapts to the size — an SMB gets the same quality of thinking as a Fortune 500, just shaped differently. The minimum effective engagement is the advisory call.

Do you do implementation work, or only advisory?

Both. I am a practitioner, not a strategy-only advisor. On transformation engagements I review architecture, design systems, and work alongside your engineering team — not just sit in meetings. That is the whole point.

What industries do you work with?

My depth is in enterprise technology (AI, HR technology, digital transformation). I have worked across fintech, networking, enterprise software, and APAC markets. If the problem involves enterprise AI or HR technology platforms, industry is rarely the limiting factor.

How quickly can we get started?

Advisory calls can be scheduled within the week. Diagnostics and larger engagements start after a brief scoping conversation — typically within 2–3 weeks of first contact.
